Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Products usually ship 1-2 days after the order has been placed so please allow time for processing. 

LABEL B is not responsible for any lost packages during transit. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to LABEL B within 14 days of your purchase date, unless otherwise specified in a specific offer. We do not accept products that have been worn, altered or washed. All swimwear returned must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place. All returns must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please email info@labelb.com with your order information and item(s) you would like to return and you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number via email. Please make sure this number is written on the outside of your package. You may return multiple items within one package but each individual RA number must be listed.

 

All sale items are final. Sale items cannot be returned however, if you want to exchange for another size that is in stock please email us at info@labelb.com & we'll try our best to do so. If you happen to receive a damaged sale item, we will send you a replacement. Please reach out to us to let us know if you think you may have received a defective item.

EXCHANGE POLICY

You may exchange items for a new size as long as it is the same style and not final sale. Please email info@labelb.com with your order information and item(s) you would like to exchange within 14 days of purchasing and you will be supplied with an Exchange Authorization (EA) number via email to list on your package. Exchanges may take up to 7 business days to process from date of receipt at our facility. We will ship your new item for free however, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us within the proper time frame (14 days to request EA, 7 days to return once receiving EA).  Please make sure this number is written on the outside of your package. You may return multiple items within one package but each individual EA number must be listed.

We do not price adjust previously purchased items to match sales.
 
Be sure to write all RA & EA numbers clearly on the outside of your package. Packages without the RA or EA number will not be accepted.
